Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals who are passionate about helping children with autism live their most meaningful and functionally independent lives. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Your role will involve working closely with clients, families, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
  • Work closely with supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
  • Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve treatment plans
  • Provide services to clients in home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc.)
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others
