Role Summary:

Nuuly is seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Analytics team as a Digital Analytics Associate Analyst. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed reports and analyses using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Google BigQuery to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Analyze ad-hoc requests from various teams, including creative, web merchandising, and marketing, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' experiences and journeys, using data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize site experiences and business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, fashion, and rental industries to ensure Nuuly remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig deep into data to understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
