Job Description:
  • This role is a key member of the Product team focused on the construction of a new platform.
  • The individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent's mission by defining market requirements and packaging features into product releases.
Responsibilities:

This position involves serving as a product owner on an Agile development team for specialty utilization management scrum teams.

You will define, document, and communicate requirements for Evolent's next-generation utilization management solution based on stakeholder input and research.

You will translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance existing functionality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in healthcare, IT, analytics, and/or product management.
  • Experience with utilization management workflows and technology.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion.
  • Team player that is assertive, passionate, and goal-oriented.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - 120,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a bonus component dependent on pre-defined performance factors.
