As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the campus during assigned shifts.
- Direct the day-to-day cares of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise, coordinate, monitor, direct, develop, and assist with comprehensive care given to residents, adhering to established company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) Healthcare Software to chart and access patient data.
- Possess a valid RN/LPN License from the appropriate state, including required CEUs.
- Maintain valid CPR Certification.
- Experience in Long Term or Acute Care preferred, but not required.
