Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Nye Legacy campus in Fremont, NE. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to our mission of delivering personalized care and superior value.
Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the campus during your assigned shift. This includes directing the day-to-day cares of the residents, supervising and coordinating the comprehensive care given to residents, and utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) Healthcare Software to chart and access patient data.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the campus during the assigned shift.
- Direct the day-to-day cares of the residents.
- Supervise, coordinate, monitor, direct, develop, and assist with the comprehensive care given to residents.
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) Healthcare Software to chart and access patient data.
- Possess a valid RN/LPN License from the appropriate state.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR Certification.
- Experience in Long Term or Acute Care preferred, but not required.
