We are looking for a talented Commercial Service Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in pursuing opportunities for service agreements, quick turn projects and supporting Customer Service Account Specialists in pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be comfortable working in a technical environment and have a strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships. Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Service Sales Specialist will include:
  • Pursuing opportunities for service agreements, quick turn projects and supporting Customer Service Account Specialists in pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment.
  • Making effective sales presentations, conducting customer needs assessments, answering questions and securing new customer maintenance agreements.
  • Establishing customer rapport and building effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline and next steps.
  • Developing proposals to address customer needs and close sales.
  • Performing site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment and site conditions in order to evaluate customer needs and create proposals for offerings.
  • Utilizing applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop and manage an active backlog of sales opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years in Commercial/Industrial HVAC in a technical role.
  • Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs and be comfortable working on roofs/platforms.
  • Ability to pass an MVR background check.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $61,213 - $107,122 Annually, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid time off. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
