Housekeeping Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities within our healthcare communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
• Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond to paging system and complete assigned cleaning areas in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
