POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Retail Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the brand leader and store manager in guiding and inspiring your team to provide an outstanding brand experience for our customers.

Your store will serve as a hub for AllSaints enthusiasts and shoppers in the local community, whether they engage with us in-store or online. In this role, you will support the brand leader and store team in delivering exceptional service both in-person and through our online platforms. You will also offer guidance and support to stylist team members addressing initial customer inquiries through our online customer service channels.

This position requires strong organizational skills, resilience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to ensuring that the in-store customer experience is consistently outstanding and that the store embodies the AllSaints brand in the most engaging manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spend the majority of your time on the bustling shop floor, collaborating with stylist teams to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide leadership and support to stylist team members handling initial customer inquiries, emails, chats, and calls regarding products and orders through our online customer service system.
  • Collaborate with customer experience team leaders to manage team performance metrics and service level agreements for online support.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers as well as your team.
  • Focus on commercial success by ensuring that our products are well-presented at all times, adhering to guidelines, and prominently displaying best-selling items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring effective team deployment and providing necessary support and coaching to stylists.
  • Work closely with the management team to help the store exceed its performance targets.
  • Manage personnel matters, including conducting return-to-work interviews and collaborating with HR on specific issues that may require investigation or performance management.
  • Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules to set the store up for success each day.
