Your Role
Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will involve working with the Operational Readiness team to support Customer Service change management deliverables for designated initiatives.
What You'll Bring
You'll be a motivated and driven student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program. You'll need to bring your academic knowledge and a desire to learn how you can impact customer service operations at Spectrum.
This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. You'll work in a team environment and have opportunities to develop your analytical, communication, and technical skills.
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities.
- Ability to work 100% in office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
