Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks
  • Permit entry and exit of personnel and visitors, while maintaining a secure environment
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation
  • Complete incident reports and maintain a written log of daily activities
  • Collaborate with management and other security personnel to ensure effective security operations

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State
  • Must have a Valid Guard Card
  • Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
  • Should be responsible, flexible, and dependable
  • Have access to reliable transportation
  • Positive and confident professional image
  • Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
  • Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
  • Must be drug-free

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Security Officer will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
