Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Lead Consultant to join our team at TEPHRA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integrations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Integrations team and be accountable for the delivery of medium to large implementations of Workday integrations.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations, and partner with clients and/or implementers on integration solution design, development, delivery, and documentation.
  • Gather requirements, prototype integrations, and facilitate transfer of knowledge to clients on developed integrations.
  • Participate as a project stakeholder on integrations delivery and ownership, and track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer.
  • Minimum of 1 certification in Workday Integrations is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 full life cycle Workday implementation experience as an Implementer performing Integrations.
  • Minimum of 2 full life cycle Workday implementation experience in the capacity of managing a team of developers.
  • Minimum of 20 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
  • General knowledge and design of at least 3 Workday functional areas.
  • Good understanding of Workday security.
  • Use of at least 1 third-party integration framework is preferred.
  • A high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel frequently (up to 75% travel).
  • Flexible with creative problem-solving skills.
