Position Overview:

The role of a Credit Analyst II at BankEasy entails a thorough examination of loan applications in accordance with the institution's Loan Policy and Guidelines. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust comprehension of diverse commercial and agricultural credit scenarios, enabling them to offer insights that mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of three years of pertinent experience. Key competencies include the ability to analyze standard credit requests, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of Loan Policy and Guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate credit lines and assess the classifications assigned by Loan Officers, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Review borrowers' financial statements, compute cash flow, and deliver comprehensive credit presentations.
  • Conduct annual assessments of borrowing relationships, scrutinize credit applications for the SBA portfolio, and oversee compliance with covenants.
  • Support the training of junior personnel and address any discrepancies or weaknesses in credit assessments with appropriate recommendations.
  • Engage in Loan Committee discussions, uphold compliance protocols, and participate in departmental meetings as necessary.
Compensation Structure:

Position classified under Salary Grade 6.
