Clinical Director BCBA

At Teach Acquire Thrive LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director BCBA to lead our behavioral analysis programs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, current BCBA certification, and a strong background in behavioral analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, directing, monitoring, analyzing, and implementing behavior analysis programs for assigned clients.
- Working with individuals and groups to promote optimum treatment outcomes through the acquisition of socially significant adaptive behaviors and reduction in maladaptive behaviors.
- Attending and participating in treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff.
- Setting up data collection measures and recording progress accurately and efficiently.
- Using digital software platforms for practice management, billing, timekeeping, and data collection.
Requirements:
- A minimum Master's degree and current BCBA certification.
- Driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to understand the characteristics of a wide range of intellectual disabilities.
- Personal and professional experience with mindfulness or meditation work preferred.
- CPR/BLS Certified.
- CPI or NCI trained.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions. Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
