District Manager

At Monro Muffler Brake, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our stores within your assigned district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate store managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to store managers
- Collaborate with the Zone Manager to develop and implement district-wide initiatives
- Manage district budgets and ensure financial goals are met
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
