Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Keene, NH. This is a full-time position encompassing two elementary schools. The selected candidate will be required to start immediately and will be onsite for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  • Provide consultation and support to educational staff regarding speech and language needs.
  • Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of a school environment.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites efficiently.
