About the Role

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Land Surveying Operations. As a key member of our Survey/Geospatial team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including client communication, project proposal preparation, and overseeing survey crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive project proposals, including budgeting and scheduling, to secure new business opportunities.
  • Survey Crew Management: Oversee and direct two or more survey crews to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse survey/geospatial disciplines.
Requirements
  • Texas Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in land surveying operations, including project management and crew supervision.
  • Ability to generate revenue through existing client relationships and new business development.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, and UAS preferred.
  • DOT Control and Right of Way (ROW) mapping experience a plus.
