Job Overview

As an Automotive Suspension Specialist, you will oversee all facets of suspension alignment, related maintenance, and repair for a variety of automotive vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting and selling comprehensive vehicle alignment services for all cars and light trucks.
  • Providing additional vehicle services, including but not limited to brake maintenance, suspension repairs, axle servicing, and oil changes.
  • Balancing wheel assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Executing all types of tire services and repairs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service equipment and work areas.
  • Preparing billing documentation accurately.
Desired Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Able to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars and light trucks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

You may be subject to a background check, which may include employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant automotive service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Good driving record.
  • Preferably certified in Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I, Level II, and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems.
