About the Role
WEX Inc. is in search of a strategic and results-driven Media Planning Manager to enhance our Performance Marketing division.

Your contributions will be crucial in crafting and overseeing detailed media strategies for our diverse portfolio of brands and internal business lines.

Your Impact

Support the formulation and execution of SEM and programmatic digital media strategies for a multitude of fuel partner brands and WEX's internal business operations.

Work closely with internal teams to grasp campaign KPIs and target demographics.

Integrate SEM and programmatic methodologies across various platforms in alignment with overarching marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in purchasing: Display, Video, Audio, Native, CTV, and DOOH is advantageous.
  • Ensure comprehensive campaign delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports detailing campaign expenditures.
  • Oversee campaign tests, documenting outcomes and performance indicators.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the programmatic advertising sector.
  • Manage relationships with vendors.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in media planning and purchasing, particularly in digital channels.

Familiarity with Google & Bing Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, G-Suite, DV360, The Trade Desk, GTM, Salesforce, and media planning tools is a plus.

Experience with media billing, POs, IOs, and media expenditure reporting is beneficial.

A proven history of developing and executing effective programmatic and SEM advertising campaigns.

Comprehensive understanding of programmatic purchasing practices and DSPs (preferably DV360 and/or The Trade Desk).

Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret intricate data and convert it into actionable insights.

Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.

Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

A passion for digital marketing and a dedication to ongoing learning.
