Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at AMR. As a Mechanic Intermediate, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance and repairs on our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns in the field and assist other Mechanics as needed.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policy.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Use maintenance databases to document completed tasks and job assignments.
  • Attend mandatory Fleet training and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education (GED).
  • 2 years of verifiable Line Mechanic or Mechanic Helper/Associate experience.
  • 2 ASE Certifications (Truck or Automotive series), preferably Brake and Steering/Suspension.
  • MACS AC Certification or equivalent ASE Certification.
  • 2 consecutive satisfactory yearly performance appraisals.
