Full-time Hourly Role with a pay range of $15.00-$18.00 DOE + tips and benefits.

Location: Santa Fe, NM. Position based at our Inn & Spa at Loretto in Crafted Bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in crafting a variety of coffee and specialty drinks, showcasing skills in latte art.
  • Demonstrate coffee preparation skills during the interview process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and patrons.
  • Welcome guests at the bar or designated area with warmth.
  • Assist bartenders in delivering beverages to tables as required.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality beverage service.
  • Deliver exceptional and seamless service with enthusiasm.
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Verify identification to confirm age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications:
  • Current Alcohol Server Certification is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, typically eight hours or more.
  • Capacity to lift, push, reach, and carry over 20 pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience; experience in high-volume or fine dining settings is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
