We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Movement Disorders to lead our team at Hoag Specialty Clinic in Newport Beach, CA.

About the Role

The Medical Director of Movement Disorders will be responsible for steering the Hoag Movement Disorders Program, dedicated to elevating care standards and community service. This role will span from performing outpatient clinical care in an office-based setting to spearheading the program's strategic development, management, and visionary planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Hoag Movement Disorders Program, focusing on providing clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a commitment to the community.
  • Develop and manage the program, including clinical and translational research, philanthropic efforts, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neurologists and neurosurgeons to provide comprehensive care to patients with movement disorders.
  • Participate in clinical program research and development, aiming to pioneer advancements in movement disorders care.
Requirements
  • Full-time opportunity in Newport Beach, CA, with a focus on clinical neurology and program development.
  • Must have or be eligible for California State Medical licensure.
  • American Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology.
  • Passion for providing excellent clinical care and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Hoag Hospital.
