Position Overview:
Accountable for the organization and execution of orientation programs for all nursing staff; serving as a representative of CHRISTUS in various community initiatives; as well as the design, development, implementation, and assessment of ongoing nursing education programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is desirable.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or a compact state is required.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor are essential (De-Escalation Certification is necessary if serving as an Educator in Emergency Department or Behavioral Health Units).
