At Psychiatric Medical Care LLC, we strive to provide exceptional care to individuals 65 and older experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes associated with aging. Our intensive outpatient therapy program is designed to meet the unique needs of this population.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide high-quality services to our senior patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidenced-based therapeutic approaches
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed
  • Assist with local community education initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for new staff members
  • Document patient progress in compliance with Medicare guidelines

Requirements:

  • Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
  • Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
