About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at TravelNurseSource. As a Surgical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care for critically ill surgical patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highly skilled nursing care, including close observation and the use of extensive monitoring equipment, mechanical ventilation, and potential end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support for patients and their families, as well as educate patients and their families on their care and treatment options.
