About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud billing platform. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for our billing platform, partnering with engineering teams to deliver new functionality to customers, and working closely with architects and finance teams to ensure successful go-to-market for new product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for our cloud billing platform
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver new features and functionality
  • Collaborate with architects and finance teams to ensure successful go-to-market for new product initiatives
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics with data science teams
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to define and deliver on key billing end-to-end scenarios
  • Regularly engage with external customers and internal partner teams to gather product requirements and feedback
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience, 5+ years experience with billing/payment platforms for cloud products/services
  • Passion for decomposing ambiguous problem areas, strong analytical skills, and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with designing and maturing a product area from v1 onward
  • Proven track record collaborating and driving alignment on complex cross-organization/teams and cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
