Network Engineer II Job Description

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining network communication configurations and infrastructures utilizing LAN/WAN and RF technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network architectures that meet or exceed customer requirements within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration and support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate configuration and installation documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure optimal network performance.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a related technical field and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP addressing, subnetting, and LAN/WAN configuration.
  • Experience with Ekahau Survey Pro, Microsoft Office, UNIX/LINUX, and Hypervisors.
  • Desired certifications include CCNP, CWNP, Ruckus WiSE, or equivalent.
