Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with complex communication disorders to identify treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills and enhance overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families to promote effective communication strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current SLP license in the United States is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients is preferred.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
