The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing landscape projects, ensuring they meet our standards and adhere to environmental and regulatory guidelines.


Design and Planning:

Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs for our retail locations that enhance customer experience and align with our brand identity.

Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for landscaping projects.

Project Management:
Oversee the execution of landscape projects from inception to completion across various retail locations.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Site Analysis:
Conduct site assessments at retail locations to determine soil conditions, drainage, existing vegetation, and other critical factors. Use this information to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility.

Sustainability:

Integrate sustainable practices into all landscape designs, including the use of native plants, water conservation techniques, and eco-friendly materials.


Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other professionals to create cohesive and integrated project plans.
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (if applicable)
5+ years of experience in landscape architecture or related field, with a focus on commercial or retail projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS.
Strong understanding of horticulture, plant materials, and sustainable design practices.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
~ Regular travel to various retail locations across the United States to oversee project implementation and ensure compliance with design specifications.
