Job Summary

We are seeking a per diem Nursing Care Coordinator (NCC) for night shift who will embody the passion and commitment required to deliver exceptional care for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • The Nursing Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating direct nursing services to patients in collaboration with unit staff and also for coordinating nursing personnel services.
  • The NCC in this role functions in both a managerial and clinical role and assures adherence to and support of institutional philosophy and policy in nursing practice.
  • Candidate will assume administrative duties, maintain levels of nursing staffing, and be responsible for patient care requirements throughout the facility.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York
  • Progressive experience in Nursing Administration
  • Strong leadership and administrative ability
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required
