We're looking for a High-Performance Engineering Specialist to join our team at Microsoft Corporation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and support systems that enable secure and efficient data transfer between enclaves and other transfer and access types.

As a High-Performance Engineering Specialist, you'll be responsible for optimizing the performance of our cloud-based services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex technical issues, and developing and implementing automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering, with a minimum of 3+ years of technical experience. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is also necessary.

A preferred qualification for this role includes MIS certifications, 3+ years of experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems, and a bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of technical experience.

The salary range for this position is $117,200 - $229,200 per year, depending on location, with additional benefits including a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
