Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-treatment assessments to ensure patient safety and optimal care.

• Monitor patients during dialysis, including vital signs and response to treatment, to identify any potential issues.

• Administer medications as prescribed and manage fluid balance during the procedure to ensure patient comfort and well-being.

• Operate dialysis machines with precision and attention to detail to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance.

• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, home care, and dietary restrictions to promote informed decision-making.

• Document all aspects of patient care and treatment in the medical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New York State.

• Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred.

• Strong understanding of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care.

• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
