We are looking for a talented Chemist, Associate to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for conducting performance tests, operating with discipline, and being agile in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conducts all required performance tests, including batch making, cleaning of equipment, and stability of prototypes.
- Operates with discipline, maintaining lab cleanliness and organization, and reporting progress to the manager.
- Is agile, able to embrace changes in priorities and maintain close relationships with other lab partners to ensure quality work.
- Education: 4-year college degree in the sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering).
- Experience: Ideal experience 12 months in lab, ideally research and development of cosmetic/skincare products. Open to consider freshly graduated students who demonstrate agility, drive, and passion for the industry.
