We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Denco Family Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including appetizers, salads, and desserts, to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other service personnel to ensure seamless service, address guest concerns, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing guest needs and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with others, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds, to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
