Job Summary

Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client-Centered Care: Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to adolescents affected by behavioral health conditions, adhering to agency standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.
  2. Intervention and Evaluation: Develop and implement effective intervention strategies, conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, and maintain accurate documentation.
  3. Community Referral Network: Establish and maintain a network of community resources, ensuring seamless referrals and coordination of care.
  4. Education and Training: Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies, promoting awareness and understanding of behavioral health issues.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, contract, and documentation standards, maintaining accurate records and data collection.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination of care.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of documentation and reporting systems, including state and national reporting requirements.
  8. Professional Development: Participate in staff consultation, supervision, and training activities, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  9. Productivity and Performance: Meet minimum productivity standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Education and Licensure: Possess a master's degree in behavioral healthcare and a license as a LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist.
  2. Understanding of Prairie Ridge's Mission: Demonstrate a clear understanding of Prairie Ridge's mission and the populations we serve.
  3. Communication and Technology Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant technologies.
  4. Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving up to 10 pounds.
