Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the organization’s innovation strategy in alignment with business goals, emphasizing both digital and operational advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in Operations, IT, Finance, or a related area, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role focused on innovation and digital transformation, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record in executing digital transformation initiatives and deploying new technologies effectively.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in managing cross-disciplinary relationships and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property management, cybersecurity, technology commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including the potential to move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of subsurface exploration, drilling, completions, and upstream production operations.
