The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concessions Cook to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food to meet high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to perfection.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to meet quality and presentation standards
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to perfection
  • Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean and organized
  • Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service position
  • Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
  • Standing and walking for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels
  • Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and operate kitchen equipment
