Job Summary:

Resource Label Group, LLC is a leading provider of label and packaging solutions with a diverse product offering.

We provide products and services for various industries, including food, beverage, chemical, household products, personal care, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology.

As a Rewinder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Monitor Rotoflex Rewinder during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Package finished products according to specifications.
  • Adhere to CGMP and ISO guidelines.
  • Use hand tools and equipment to assemble components as needed.
  • Keep work areas clear and organized; maintain housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of rewinder experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Regularly exposed to noise, dust, odors, and oils.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to operating machinery.
