Job Summary

Resource Label Group LLC is a leading provider of label and packaging solutions, offering a diverse range of products and services to various industries. As a key member of our team, the Rewinder Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our label production process.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finish labels according to work instructions.
  • Monitor the Rewinder during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Package finished products according to specifications and adhere to CGMP and ISO guidelines.
  • Use hand tools and equipment to assemble components as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of rewinder experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance and regularly exposed to noise, dust, odors, and oils.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to operating machinery.
