  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair issues with various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance on properties and within units to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and repairs to floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, and window screens.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in maintenance, painting, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Knowledge: General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and work authorization.
  • Education: High school diploma.
