Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and be able to develop and implement effective strategies for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engineering strategies and visions for the organization.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed appropriately.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
- Management experience with 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
