Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's engineering strategy and vision.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed appropriately.
- Analyze improvement opportunities in all engineering-related processes and lead associated change implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
- 5+ years of engineering experience and management experience.
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
