Job Title: Automotive Dealer Office Manager

Haag Ford Sales is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative functions of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funds for business operations
  • Control and post all financial documents, including sales deals, parts tickets, and repair orders
  • Monitor financial trends and report any inaccuracies to the General Manager and/or Owner
  • Ensure accurate posting of manufacturer rebates and accounts receivables
  • Reconcile schedules and accounts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed
  • Manage petty cash account and prepare bank deposits
  • Perform monthly tasks, including floor plan statements and financial statement preparation
  • Process weekly payroll and transfer GL data
  • Manage vehicle floor plans and pay off vehicles as needed
  • Review and ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Prepare end-of-year reports and submit sales tax reports
  • Supervise other office staff
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager in a dealership setting
  • CDK experience required
  • Prior experience with Ford's accounting procedures is a strong asset
  • Clean driving record and background
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing prior to employment
