**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, systems, and strategies.
  • Design standardized benefit operations processes and oversee deployment to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage benefits projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-country benefit analysts to develop project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Analyse and evaluate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 benefit analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

You will be part of the Global Benefits Team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative benefit programs and initiatives across 42 countries. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to lead global projects spanning multiple countries to achieve our strategic goals. **What We Offer**

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone, with flexibility to accommodate global time zones. This role offers a hybrid work model.
