Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:- BSN required; ADNs with a commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire may be considered
- At least one year of acute care experience, with a focus on critical care
- BLS required; ACLS preferred, with the ability to obtain within six months of hire
