Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare Direct. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 9-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
- Work closely with intensivists, pharmacists, and other consultants to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and manage complex patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and stroke
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
