Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Organize the dish room and ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and put away.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas, including countertops, sinks, and floors.
  • Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and utensils.
