We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Urban Plates. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishroom and ensuring that our equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all dishwashing equipment and ensure it is clean and at proper levels of sanitizer.
  • Perform ware-washing tasks on soiled dishes through the use of the dish machine.
  • Maintain all dish machines and cleaning equipment and follow procedures for the correct use of all equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to follow procedures and protocols for maintaining equipment and supplies.
