We are looking for a skilled Outside Sales Representative to manage a designated Sales Territory in the Georgia and North Carolina regions. This role involves fostering and enhancing client relationships, implementing a territory strategy that aligns with the overall Company Sales Strategy, and identifying underserved customers and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and sustaining robust, long-term relationships with clients within the territory.
  • Demonstrating the value our company brings to business opportunities with a collaborative service approach.
  • Creating a sales pipeline filled with profitable orders.

Specific Duties Include:

Leveraging our supply chain and product offerings to generate inquiries; monitoring inquiries and converting them into orders; collaborating with Supply Chain to source materials; and providing comprehensive details about offers that, once converted to orders, ensure a seamless transition for execution by our Project Management team.


  • Overseeing the customer base and orders to achieve an optimal balance of sales volume, gross profit, and market share.
  • Regularly traveling to engage with the customer base and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinating with the Business Development team to transform early design opportunities into preferred quoting chances.
  • Maintaining high visibility for the company within the territory and supplying ongoing market intelligence to the Regional Manager regarding market conditions, competition, and upcoming projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Experience in Steel Industry sales is advantageous.
