Job OpportunityCertified Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to work as a Senior Collector in the Special Accounts Department at a credit union that has earned the highest rating in the country for its Safety and Soundness.Job ResponsibilitiesContact members to obtain short-term delinquent payments. Determine member's status and gather information. Arrange for payment and schedule to bring short-term delinquent loans current. Efficiency and accuracy are required with some filing.RequirementsMust have three to five years of experience and be current with all Fair Collection policies and procedures. Must have detailed knowledge and proven experience with collection activities. Must have a working knowledge of skip tracing techniques. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.
