Job Description: As a Sr. Software Engineer II at Simple Solutions, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative medical device solutions that meet or exceed customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate design choices, prototype new technology, and implement technical solutions. Your expertise in software development processes, software architecture, and data structure will be essential in driving the success of our medical device development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop innovative solutions for medical devices using cutting-edge technologies.
  2. Evaluate different design choices, prototype new technology, and implement technical solutions.
  3. Understand business impact of design choices, make technical trade-offs, and adopt engineering best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey problems, opportunities, solutions, and results in the medical device development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including all phases of SDLC.
  • Excellent understanding of software development processes, software architecture, and data structure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages C++, QT/QML, Python, and gRPC framework.
  • Working knowledge of tools and technologies GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, CI/CD GitHub pipelines, and operating systems Windows and Linux flavors preferably Ubuntu.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum
